"Sociability and usability in online communities" attempts to measure the success of online communities in terms of socialbility and usability. This research is important because I want to apply these two terms to traditional online help.
That is, I want to measure the success or failure of online help, compare traditional online help to the online help available in online communities, and identify some successes of the latter to the former (if indeed, the former is less successful than the latter).
